DESCRIPTION OF GIVEAWAY: Via online method only, entrants will have the opportunity to one airline voucher for every 100 signatures on the pledge. Entries will be accepted starting at 10:01 a.m. on May 21, 2012 until 11:59 pm CT, May 31, 2012.
ELIGIBILITY: The Orbitz Facebook Giveaway (the ìGiveawayî) is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (including the District of Columbia), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Orbitz, LLC (ìOrbitzî or ìSponsorî), as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited or restricted by law. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
GIVEAWAY TIMING: The Giveaway begins at 10:01 a.m. Central Time (ìCTî) on May 21, 2012 until 11:59 p.m CT, May 31, 2012. (the ìPromotional Periodî).

GRAND PRIZE WINNERS PRIZE SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: This is a giveaway. Grand Prize notification will be completed on or about June 2, 2011. Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified via email and asked to email their contact information. If any winner notification remains unanswered for more than forty-eight (48) hours, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. The Grand Prize is not transferable; no prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed except as may be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Up to 22 round trip airline tickets, valued at $225 each for travel in the domestic United States with an Approximate Retail Value of $4,950. Actual value may vary based on airport fluctuations and points of departure. Travel must commence on or before April 20, 2012. Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value. Travel dates may be selected by the winner, but are subject to availability and blackout dates, and the terms and conditions of the voucher. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will comply with all income tax reporting obligations.
