Promotion begins on May 15, 2012 at 10:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 6 at 4:00 pm ET.
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C. who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Promotion consists of an online instant win game to award prizes throughout the Promotion Period and (six) 6 separate randomly drawn sweepstakes to award one (1) prize each from among all eligible entries received for each Sweepstakes, as described below.
If this is your first time participating in the Promotion, you will be required to register for the Promotion by following the instructions to complete and submit the registration information. To participate in the promotion click the "Spin" button on the screen which activates an illustrated game wheel to spin. The wheel is comprised of different sections with a total of (six) 6 colors. Each time a spin is activated it will end with an arrow pointing to a colored section of the wheel. Each of the (six) 6 colors will represent a separate Game that includes unique instant win prizes associated with the Game and a Sweepstakes. Two (2) spins are allowed per person per day during the Promotion Period. After spinning the wheel there are two possible results. 1) You gain entry into the Sweepstakes corresponding to the color you have landed on; or 2) You become a potential winner of the Game for that color. Once you have completed your spin, follow the on-screen instructions to claim your Game prize or enter the Sweepstakes as indicated. After completing your first spin you will be given an opportunity for a second spin. You will be required to correctly answer a question about the Little Hug product to be granted your second spin. All answers will be available by perusing the Website.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES:
Green: The Green Sweepstakes Prizes consists of the following: one (1) $1000 cash prize.
Red: The Red Sweepstakes Prize consists of the following: one (1) Flat Panel TV with Nintendo Wii Video Game System set (ARV $500); two (2) Kick Scooters with Helmets (ARV $150); one (1) Kindle eReader (ARV $100); one (1) Board Game Set (ARV $150); and one (1) Wagon (ARV $100) with a total ARV of $1,000.
Purple: The Purple Sweepstakes Prize consists of the following: four (4) Purple bicycles with helmets (ARV $1000).
Yellow: The Yellow Sweepstakes Prize consists of the following: one (1) Gas Card (ARV $800); one (1) yellow digital camera (ARV $100); one (1) Cooler Combo Pack (ARV $100) with a total ARV of $1,000.
Blue: The Blue Sweepstakes Prize consists of the following: four (4) Water Park Passes (ARV $500); one (1) Waterproof Digital Camera (ARV $200); one (1) Family Beach Chair Set (ARV $200); two (2) boogie boards (ARV $100) with a total ARV of $1,000.
Orange: The Orange Sweepstakes Prize consists of the following: one (1) Family Sized Tent (ARV $250); four (4) Sleeping Bags (ARV $250); four (4) Camping Chairs (ARV $150); one (1) portable grill (ARV $200); one (1) Deluxe Battery Powered Boom Box (ARV $150) with a total ARV of $1,000.
