Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 1, 2012 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 30, 2012.
Open to legal residents of the 49 eligible United States* and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. *California is the one ineligible state, and its residents may NOT participate in this Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person/household regardless of method of entry. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of the following: A two (2) day/one (1) night trip for winner and one (1) guest (each of whom must be 21 years of age or older) to Philadelphia, PA. Trip includes:
- round-trip, coach class air transportation for winner and guest from the major commercial airport nearest winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Philadelphia, PA departing August 18, 2012 and returning August 19, 2012,
- one (1) double-occupancy hotel room for two (2) nights at a hotel of Sponsor's choice in Philadelphia, PA,
- ground transportation between airport, and hotel upon arrival and departure,
- $1,000 cash,
- two (2) meet and greet passes and two (2) tickets to the Train concert on August 18, 2012,
- one (1) Jim Beam Live Music Series guitar and
- an opportunity to be the Jim Beam Live Music Series 2012 VIP Sweepstakes Blogger for the concert event.
If winner resides within two-hundred (200) miles of Philadelphia, PA, a rental car will be provided (subject to all terms, conditions and policies of the rental agency) in lieu of air transportation. The difference in value will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill all elements of Grand Prize; under such circumstances, Sponsor's only obligation will be to provide the remaining elements, if any, of the prize. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,000. ARV is based on inclusion of airfare in prize. Actual value may vary based on point of origination/winner's place of residence, airfare fluctuations and final trip details. Meals, gratuities, hotel incidentals, additional ground transportation, souvenirs, personal services, insurance, and all other expenses not specified herein as being included in the prize are the winner's responsibility. Winner and his/her guest musttravel together on the same itinerary and must depart from and return to the same airport. The trip must be taken on the dates specified above; however, specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability and some restrictions. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Winner is responsible for securing all necessary travel prerequisites, including identification. Winner and/or guest may be required to provide a credit card at the time of hotel check-in to cover, among other things,incidentals and other expenses incurred that are not included as part of the prize. If winner is unable to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, s/he shall forfeit the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting, in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible registrations received. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to maintain his/her behavior in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any Promotion-related or prize-related activities. Winner understands and agrees that Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove the prize winner and/or his/her guest from any prize-related activity at any time if the winner's and/or his/her guest's behavior at any point is disruptive or may or does cause damage to person, property or the reputation of Sponsor or otherwise violates the policies of the prize providers. The total ARV of all available prizes in this Sweepstakes is $4000.00. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value of prize will not be awarded in any form. Prize is non-transferable, and no prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor may substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason.
