Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 14, 2012 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 15, 2012.
Open to legal residents of the 49 eligible United States* and the District of Columbia ("D.C.") who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. *(California is the one ineligible state, and its residents may NOT participate in this Sweepstakes.

PRIZES:
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a Weber® Summit® Grill Center with Social Area (includes a full-sized Summit® S-670™ gas grill and L-shaped social area featuring condiment rail and covered insulated ice bin) and a set of Knob Creek "Social Area" bar accessories, including but not limited to, shakers, shot glasses, napkin caddy and ice bucket. Prize also includes professional, on-site outdoor assembly.
The Weber® Summit® Grill Center with Social Area should be installed on level, solid surface such as concrete, brick or wood. Do not install on dirt or gravel. Do not install where surface pitch is greater than 2 inches.
GRAND PRIZE MUST BE ACCEPTED BY NOVEMBER 23, 2012. IF WINNER IS UNABLE TO ACCEPT THE PRIZE WITHIN THE TIMELINE SPECIFIED, THE WINNER SHALL FORFEIT THE PRIZE IN ITS ENTIRETY AND AN ALTERNATE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED, TIME PERMITTING. Total ARV for Grand Prize: $5,844.00.
The total ARV of all available prizes in this Sweepstakes is $15,089.
