Family First / All Pro Dad Father’s Day Wish List Giveaway (21+) 6/15/12

Timing: Beginning at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 1, 2012 until 5:00 p.m. ET on June 15, 2012
Limit: one (1) online entry on the All Pro Dad Book Website, per valid email address, per eligible person per day
Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older as of June 1, 2012…Main Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any potential Grand Prize Winner or Daily Prize Winner and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person based on such background check if Main Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the prize to such potential Grand Prize Winner or Weekly Prize Winner might reflect negatively on Main Sponsor or any of the Participating Product Sponsors

Prizes:
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize which consists of: (i) lunch with Tony Dungy and Mark Merrill at the Family First office in Tampa, FL. (approximate retail value ("ARV"): $1,000); and (ii) Airfare for the Grand Prize Winner to Tampa/St Petersburg, FL. (approximate retail value ("ARV"): $500). Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,500.00.
Daily Prizes: Ten (10) Daily Prize Winners shall win the Daily Prize, which consists of: (i) a football autographed by Tony Dungy (approximate retail value ("ARV"): $500); and (ii) a Russell athletic golf shirt, with an All Pro Dad embroidered logo (approximate retail value ("ARV"): $50).
