open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and located in the U.S. at the time of entry
begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on April 14, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on June 30, 2012
There is no limit to the number of submissions that may be submitted per participant
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"):
Contest Prizes: Grand Prize Winner: ONE (1) grand prize winner will receive a year (one year) of FREE maid service as selected by, or agreed upon in writing by, Physicians Formula along with a complete set of Physicians Formula skincare products. The winner will be chosen at random at the discretion of Physicians Formula. Prize redemption must be fulfilled within one year of being awarded.
EIGHTEEN (18) Random Prizes: 10 random prize winners will receive assorted Physicians Formula products and an additional 8 winners will receive a CVS or Ulta gift card valued at $25.
The total approximate value of Contest Prizes is estimated at approaching $5,000,
