Promotion is comprised of two parts: A) an Instant Win Game and B) a Sweepstakes. The Promotion begins on June 1, 2012 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and legal residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Limit: Each entrant may enter one (1) Regular Code and play one (1) time per day via this method during the Promotion Period. Each unique Regular Code may only be used once. For purposes of this Promotion, a "day" begins at 12:00:00 a.m ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

You and a friend may each obtain one (1) Share Game Code after you play a Regular Code and share the Promotion with a friend via the email share tool on the Application. Once you enter the email of a friend and send the share message, you and the friend you shared with will each receive one (1) Share Code. Limit: You may share the promotion with as many friends as you like, but there is a limit of receiving up to a maximum of ten (10) Share Codes per email address/person. Each unique Share Game Code may only be used once. To obtain a Share Code without sharing the Promotion with a friend, click here (https://trisect.promotions.com/uniball/amoe.do) during the Promotion Period to complete and submit the Share Code Request Form including a valid email address. One Share Code will be immediately emailed to the email address provided on the Share Code Request Form. Limit up to ten (10) requests per email address/person.

You will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes Drawing each time you play a Regular Code in the Instant Win Game during the Promotion Period. Limit of one entry per day per email address/person.

Sweepstakes: One (1) Grand Prize: A MINI John Cooper Works Coupe. Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP"): $30,600 USD in the US, and $38,400 CAD in Canada. All prize details, including color and options, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner must take delivery of vehicle from the dealership designated by Sponsor, or as otherwise instructed by Sponsor. All costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded are the responsibility of winner, including, but not limited to, all federal state/provincial and local taxes (including income (as applicable) and sales taxes), title, insurance, license and registration fees and any applicable freight and PDI charges. Winner will be required to present a valid U.S. or Canadian driver's license (the country of issuance must match the country of residence of the winner) and proof of appropriate insurance as a condition of receiving prize. Winner may elect to take a cash alternative of $30,600 USD in lieu of the car prize.
