Employees, directors, officers, and agents of MillerCoors LLC ("Sponsor"), its parent companies, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and suppliers involved in the Sweepstakes, as well as the members of each of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and persons residing in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. HOW TO OBTAIN OFFICIAL CODES, REDEEM CODES FOR/EARN TASTE POINTS AND ENTER: The Sweepstakes consists of a time-based component and a random draw sweepstakes.Sweepstakes begins at or about 12:00:00 pm CT on 5/1/12 and ends at 11:59:59 pm CT on 8/1/12. You must set up an online account (an "Account") at tastepoints.com (the "Website") before you can start redeeming Official Codes for Taste Points and earning Taste Points through various other means. Internet access, a Facebook account and a valid email address are required to set up an Account and otherwise participate in this Sweepstakes. Once an Account has been set up, you can begin redeeming Official Codes for Taste Points or earning Taste Points by participating in other activities. Official Codes can be obtained in a variety of ways, including without making a purchase. Look for an Official Code on promotional materials at participating locations or printed on or inside specially-marked packages of Miller Lite or on specially-marked bottles of Miller Lite, generally available from 5/1/12 through 8/1/12, while supplies last. Specially-marked 24 ounce cans of Miller Lite, generally available from 5/1/12 through 8/1/12, while supplies last, will also contain a nine digit timestamp on the bottom of the can; use the last four digits as the Official Code. You can also obtain Official Codes by participating in activities at select retail locations.

To receive an Official Code worth Ninety (90) Taste Points by mail without purchase, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Miller Lite Vegas Adventure Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1963, South Bend, IN 46634-1963. Vermont residents may omit return postage. Request must be postmarked by 7/19/12 and received by 7/24/12. Limit one (1) request per outer postmarked envelope.
Once obtained, Official Codes can be redeemed for Taste Points that are deposited into your online "Point Bank." Beginning 5/1/12, there are two ways to redeem an Official Code for Taste Points: 1) by visiting the Website, signing in to your Account and then entering your Official Code to bank your Taste Points in your Point Bank; or 2) by texting the Official Code using an SMS-enabled device to 80153. Taste Points will then be accessible in your Point Bank on the Website once you have synchronized your mobile phone on the Website by registering the phone number of your SMS device used to text the Official Code. Message and data rates may apply. Upon redeeming certain Official Codes, you will also receive a time-based play; see section 7 below. Once an Official Code has been verified, the number of Taste Points corresponding to the Official Code will appear in your online Point Bank. You should read the terms and conditions that apply to the third party applications that you download or use in connection with the Sweepstakes; Sponsor is not responsible for the conduct of such third parties. Taste Points can be used to enter the Prize Drawings outlined below. To enter a Prize Drawing, follow the directions on the Website to select the Prize Drawing you would like to enter and assign the required number of Taste Points ("Sweepstakes Entry"). Upon submitting a Sweepstakes Entry, the corresponding number of Taste Points will be deducted from your Point Bank. All Sweepstakes Entries must be received between 12:00:00 pm CT on 5/1/12, and 11:59:59 pm CT on 8/1/12 (the "Sweepstakes Period") or during the applicable Entry Periods defined below.

After you reply to the text message with an eligible ZIP code and date of birth, you will be sent a reply text message confirming Taste Points have been placed in your Point Bank. If you do not reply with an eligible ZIP code or date of birth, your Taste Points will not be placed in your Point Bank and you will not receive a time-based play. In order to bank Taste Points redeemed via text message, you will first be required to register on the Website and synchronize your Account with the phone number of the SMS-enabled device used to text in your Official Code. After registering the phone number of the SMS-enabled device on the Website, you will receive a text message with a Verification Code. You will then be required to enter the Verification Code on the Website. If you do not enter the Verification Code on the Website, your Taste Points will not be banked in your online Point Bank. Message and data rates may apply. Other charges may apply; check your mobile plan for rates/details. Participation via text message may not be possible on all carriers. For help, text HELP to short code 80153. To cease receiving messages regarding the Sweepstakes, send the word STOP to short code 80153. You will receive a confirmation message. Limit one (1) Account per person/Facebook account/email address. You may only synchronize one phone number to your Account and your phone number may only be synchronized to one Account. If more than five (5) Official Code redemptions or other Taste Point redemptions are received from the same account in a single day, only the first five received will be considered valid and no Taste Points will be awarded for redemptions in excess of five per day. Limit sixteen (16) Sweepstakes Entries per account per day. If more than sixteen (16) Sweepstakes Entries are received from the same account in a single day, only the first sixteen received will be considered valid. Official Code redemptions and Sweepstakes Entries generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified; any use of automated methods of code submission may result in disqualification. No other form of attempted Official Code redemption or Sweepstakes entry is valid and Sponsor may choose to disqualify all entries submitted by that person at Sponsor's sole discretion.
