Promotion begins on June 1, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 1, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia), who are at least forty-five (45) years old at the time of entry.

Complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You will then have the opportunity to answer up to forty-eight (48) trivia questions. For each unique trivia question you answer, you will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes, regardless of the answer you provide. After you answer four (4) trivia questions until you have answered all forty-eight (48) trivia questions, you will advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once you have answered all forty-eight (48) trivia questions, you will proceed directly to the Instant Win Game upon logging in.
Limit: Each entrant may receive one (1) entry/play per day, and may receive up to forty-eight (48) additional entries for completing the trivia game, during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A check made out to the winner for $50,000. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $50,000.
Instant Win Game Prizes: SIXTY-TWO (62) FIRST PRIZES (one (1) per day): A $50 Visa gift card (terms and conditions apply). ARV: $50.
Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game Prize per person. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $53,100.
