Sweepstakes starts May 30, 2012 and ends July 11, 2012.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are lawful U.S. residents, and are 18 years of age or older at the start of the Sweepstakes.

Refer A Friend Program: After you enter the Sweepstakes, you will be given the opportunity to invite your eligible Facebook friends to enter the Sweepstakes. Each person that you refer will receive a notification about the Sweepstakes. For each referred friend who enters the Sweepstakes, you will automatically receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes.
Winners of the Instant Prize Drawings will be instantly notified by an on-screen message that states "Congrats! You've won a week's supply of Barilla Microwaveable Meals". These winners will also be notified by e-mail within 24 hours of the date of the respective Instant Prize Drawing. If upon entering, the Entrant is not selected as an Instant Prize Winner, the Entrant will instead receive the message "Sorry, you didn't win. Please return tomorrow for another chance to win!"
Note that once you have entered, you may not enter again until 12:00:01am ET the following day through the end of that Instant And Daily Prize Drawing Period.
Instant Prizes: Entrants who win an Instant Prize Drawing will receive a week's supply of Barilla microwaveable shelf-stable ready meals ("Microwaveable Meals"), which includes seven (7) Barilla Microwaveable Meals, the varieties of which will be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Instant Prize: $28). Limit: One (1) Instant Prize per Entrant per Instant And Daily Prize Drawing Period. An Entrant who wins an Instant Prize Drawing is eligible to win a Daily Prize Drawing and the Grand Prize Drawing. Total ARV of Instant Prizes: $31,304.
Daily Prizes: Entrants who win a Daily Prize Drawing will receive a month's supply of Barilla Microwaveable Meals, which includes thirty (30) Barilla Microwaveable Meals selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor (ARV of each Daily Prize: $120). Limit: One (1) Daily Prize per Entrant per Instant And Daily Prize Drawing Period. An Entrant who wins a Daily Prize Drawing is eligible to win an Instant Prize Drawing and the Grand Prize Drawing. Total ARV of Daily Prizes: $5,160.
Grand Prize: Entrant that has won the Grand Prize Drawing will receive one (1) trip to Chicago, IL for an Italian dinner hosted by the Sponsor (ARV of Grand Prize: $10,000). More specifically, the Grand Prize includes:
i) Round-trip coach class air transportation, from a major airport near the winner's residence, for six (6) people (the winner and up to five (5) additional individuals designated in writing by winner) to Chicago.
ii) Car service to/from the airport and hotel in Chicago. Car service selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
iii) Hotel accommodations for two (2) nights in three (3) double occupancy rooms (a room for at least two people) based on availability at time of booking (room and tax only). Hotel selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
iv) An Italian dinner for six (6) people, including food and beverages. Menu and location selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
v) Car service for the evening of the dinner. Car service selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
vi) One (1) $1,000 Visa Gift Card (awarded to Grand Prize winner only). Gift card subject to the issuer's terms and conditions.
Actual value of travel prizes may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Prize may be awarded in the form of voucher(s), coupon(s) and/or gift card(s) in Sponsor's sole discretion. All travel must begin/end with the same major airport. Selected Entrant and his/her travel guests are responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport at point of origin. Airline selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sweepstakes winner and Guests must provide all documents required for air travel. Stopovers, open jaws, circle trips or frequent traveler mileages are not permitted. Once passengers are ticketed, an airline change fee must be paid by the winner to change flights or dates of travel. Additional costs including, but not limited to, seat assignments, baggage fees, etc. are determined by selected airline and will be the responsibility of the Selected Entrant and Guests.
Entire trip must be completed by July 12, 2013. All reservations are based on availability, and must be booked at least thirty (30) days in advance of travel date, otherwise Sponsor reserves the right to alter the request to accommodate availability. Once airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rental reservations and/or other reservations have been issued, they shall not be changed, re-sold, endorsed, exchanged, transferred or in any other manner modified by Selected Entrant. ARV of Grand Prize is $10,000.00. Actual value may vary based on location and timing of departure. All other expenses, other than those specifically stated above, are the winner's responsibility, including local and ground transportation, telephone/Internet, meals, room-service charges, parking fees, and gratuities. Any penalties associated with changes made to any reservation following confirmation of booking will be the responsibility of winner. Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash; nor is it transferable or substitutable, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Selected Entrant and Guests must travel together on the same itinerary. If any Guest is a minor, Selected Entrant must be his or her parent or legal guardian. Guests may be asked to sign a liability release and the signed release must be received before travel will be booked.
Total ARV of Prizes: $46,464. Each Entrant can only win one (1) Instant Prize and one (1) Daily Prize per Instant And Daily Prize Drawing Period.
