open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia ("Eligibility Area"), who as of the date of their entry into the Sweepstakes are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

PRIZES: In each Drawing one (1) or two (2) winner(s) will be determined per the terms of these Official Rules. If the winner whose Entry is first drawn in a Drawing entered the Drawing as a direct result of being invited by another Entrant (via a Specific Action) during the Monthly Drawing Entry Period for that Drawing, then both Entrants are prize winners (referred to herein as "First Winner" and "Second Winner"). If the winner whose Entry is drawn entered the Drawing via the Mail-in Entry method and named another individual on the selected Entry, that person named will also be a winner, provided he/she also submitted a Mail-in Entry eligible for the same Drawing. Only the First Winner prize is guaranteed to be awarded in each Drawing. The following represent the complete list of prizing available for each Monthly Drawing in the Sweepstakes:

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Drawing #1 prize is $1,250.00 (or $2,500.00 if there is a Second Winner).

Drawing #2 – (1 prize available for the winning entrant and a possible second prize if the winner drawn was invited by another entrant as detailed above): The prize consists of an assortment of Universal Blu-ray™ and DVD titles (fifty (50) total) selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Drawing #2 prize is $1,250.00 (or $2,500.00 if there is a Second Winner).
