Prize: Round Trip airfare on Southwest AirlinesĀ® and two tickets to "An Evening With the Monkees" in Los Angeles, CA (ARV: $1600)
Rules: NO PURCHASE OR CABLE SUBSCRIPTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN.
MAKING A PURCHASE OR ENTERING INTO A SUBSCRIPTION WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Program Description: The "Win an Evening with the Monkees" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") sponsored by Antenna TV (referred to herein as "Sponsor") begins on September 28, 2012 and ends on October 31, 2012 (the "Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes will be conducted in and open to residents of the following areas only: (A) the Antenna TV service area as listed below under Rule 5: Eligibility Requirements. The areas as listed below under Rule 5: Eligibility Requirements will be referred to herein as the "Service Area."
2. How To Enter:

Your submission of an entry certifies that you satisfy all eligibility requirements and have read and complied with all of the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator.
3. Selection of Winner: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random (subject to verification) from the Service Area on or around November 1, 2012 from among all eligible entries received from Service Area. The drawings will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone, email and/or postal mail. The potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (referred to collectively as "Release") within seven (7) days of initial written notification. If a potential winner fails to comply with this requirement, s/he will forfeit all rights and interest s/he may have had in and to the Grand Prize, and the Grand Prize for his/her Area will be awarded to an alternate winner, in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries in the appropriate entry pool.

5. Eligibility Requirements: The Sweepstakes is valid only in the Contiguous United States. Winner will be flown on Southwest AirlinesĀ® to Los Angeles. Winner is responsible for providing his or her own transportation to the airport closest to the winner's home serviced by Southwest AirlinesĀ® as determined by Sponsor. Open only to legal United States residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Service areas are listed below:
