Sweepstakes begins on 12:00:01 AM Central Time ("CT") 6/1/12 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on 7/31/12.

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited.

One (1) Grand Prize consists of:
(i) one (1) trip to a regular 2012 season baseball game of winner's choice from a list of baseball games designated by Sponsor, consisting of:
- round trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests between major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence and destination city selected,
- one (1) night standard hotel accommodations (quad occupancy),
- four (4) tickets to the selected baseball game, (seating determined by Sponsor), and
- use of a mid-size rental car (certain restrictions apply) for two (2) days in designated city; and
(ii) one (1) Kenmore 5-Burner Gas Grill (Model #071-16156)

One (1) First Prize: Kenmore 4-Burner Gas Grill with Wings (Model #071-16154) ARV: $500

One (1) Second Prize: One (1) Hamilton Beach Pedestal Gas Grill (Model #071-16171) ARV: $400

One (1) Third Prize: One (1) Kenmore Tool Set (Model #071-15165), one (1) Cuisinart Firewire Grilling Skewers (Model #071-10476) and one (1) set of Cedar Grilling Planks (Model #071-10492.) ARV: $50.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $4,150.

Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize description herein, including but not limited to ground transfers between Grand Prize Winner's residence and airport of departure, ground transportation while in destination city (not stated herein) in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies), meals, beverages, gratuities, travel upgrades, baggage fees, and personal incidentals. In the event the Grand Prize Winner lives within one hundred fifty (150) miles of destination city selected, Sponsor will provide the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests with round trip ground transportation between the Grand Prize Winner's residence and destination city in lieu of the round trip coach air transportation from major commercial airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's residence. The dollar value difference between the round trip coach air transportation and ground transportation will not be provided to the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner and Guests will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined at the hotel's sole discretion upon hotel check and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the Grand Prize Winner's hotel room will be charged to that major valid credit card or deducted from the deposit provided. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize may vary based on the commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's permanent residence. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of any prize will not be awarded. The Grand Prize Trip must be booked and traveled by October 3, 2013 and the Grand Prize Winner and Guests must travel on the same itinerary. In the event the Grand Prize Winner cannot travel by October 3, 2013, Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and the Grand Prize will not be awarded to an alternate winner. In the event a Guest is a minor, Guest must travel with parent or legal guardian and all costs associated with traveling with a parent or legal guardian will be the sole responsibility of that Guest. Travel is subject to terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by selected travel providers and other material restrictions may apply. Travel is subject to blackout dates and availability. Sponsor is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from a Grand Prize Winner or Guest(s) change(s) to itinerary or accommodations. The Grand Prize Winner and each Guest will be solely responsible for obtaining a valid government photo identification prior to travel and the associated costs for these requirements. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If the Grand Prize Winner becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the prize due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the Grand Prize award and no other compensation in lieu of the Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize Winner and each Guest are responsible for obtaining his/her own medical and life insurance and the associated costs. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, as required. The Grand Prize Winner and Guests agree to comply with all applicable Hotel and all travel regulations.
