Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S.
territories and possessions outside of the United States and where otherwise prohibited by law) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry in the Sweepstakes (or in the case of legal residents of jurisdictions where the age of majority is greater than 18 years of age
begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on July 26, 2012 and ends at
11:59 p.m. (EST) on August 24, 2012
Only one entry per person per day.
You must also vote for one of the two Oikos® Organic Frozen Yogurt flavors, and the choice of flavors does not matter to the entry.
Prizes.
Coupon Prizes. 5,000 Coupon Prize Winners will receive a coupon for $1.00 off one (1) pint of
Stonyfield® Oikos® Organic Frozen Yogurt ("Coupon Prize"). Coupons will be sent to the entrant's email address provided upon submission of the Sweepstakes.
Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner will receive:
- $500.00 gift certificate to Patagonia
- One year of free Stonyfield® Oikos® Organic Frozen Yogurt, which consists of 36 coupons for
free Stonyfield® Oikos® Organic Frozen Yogurt. If Grand Prize Winner does not reside near a
store selling Stonyfield® Oikos® Organic Frozen Yogurt, Grand Prize Winner may request a
substitution of coupons for other Stonyfield® organic products valued at or below $180.00.
(collectively, "Grand Prize").
If Grand Prize Winner lives in one of the following states, you may be provided with a gift certificate for
$180.00 to be used at a local store where Stonyfield® and Oikos® products may be purchased in lieu of
free coupon: CA, ID, LA, MN, NV, NJ, ND, TN.
The ARV of the Grand Prize is $680.00.
The aggregate ARV of all Prizes is $680.00.
