Timing: begins on June 1, 2012 at noon Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 31, 2012 at noon ET
Limit: one (1) entry per person and/or per email address per day.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner – will receive a trip for the winner and a guest to New York, NY ("NYC") to attend the 2012 Golden Goggle Awards on November 19, 2012. Trip consists of: round trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest prize winner's place of residence, hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for three (3) nights, two (2) tickets to the Golden Goggle Awards Show, two (2) tickets for a NYC bus tour, two (2) tickets for a sightseeing helicopter tour of NYC, $500 in spending money in the form of gift card(s), and ground transportation from the NYC airport to the hotel and between the hotel and the Golden Goggle Awards Show. If the prize winner's primary residence is within 100 miles of the Golden Goggle Awards venue, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation with a car service or other ground transportation to the location. If the prize winner is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, a parent or legal guardian of the winner must accompany winner on the entire trip as a chaperone or the winner's parent or legal guardian must provide written permission for another adult age 21 or older to accompany the prize winner as a chaperone. If the winner is 21 years of age or older and the accompanying guest is not of the age of majority, the winner must be the parent or legal guardian of such guest or the parent or legal guardian of the such guest must provide written permission for the winner to accompany the prize winner as a chaperone. All chaperones are subject to Sponsor's and Alloy's approval. All additional expenses associated with the Grand Prize including but not limited to incidentals, meals, federal, state and local sales or other taxes and surcharges are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner, unless otherwise set forth in the Official Rules. Trip must take place on November 17, 2012, but such date may be set at a later or earlier date in the sole discretion of Sponsor and the prize elements adjusted as required. Reservations, attractions tickets, and airline tickets are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable once issued. If lost, tickets will not be replaced.
The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize is $4,000.00.
