Open only to legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam) who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of the date they enter.

PRIZES: Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner ("GPW"). The GPW will receive a Weber® 4421001 Spirit E-310 LP Gas Grill, Black; a grilling tool set; and a serving platter (the "Grand Prize"). Estimated retail value ("ERV") of the Grand Prize is approximately Six Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
Apron Prizes: There will be twenty-five (25) Apron Prize Winners ("APW"). Each APW will receive a branded Chef Merito® apron (the "Apron Prize"). ERV of the Apron Prize is approximately Twelve Dollars ($12.00).
Seasoning Prizes: There will be one hundred (100) Seasoning Prize Winners ("SPW"). Each SPW will receive a three-pack of summer grilling seasonings (the "Seasoning Prize"). ERV of the Seasoning Prize is approximately Twenty Dollars ($20.00).
No person may be the recipient of more than one Apron Prize and no person may be the recipient of more than one Seasoning Prize. Thus, a winner of an Apron Prize is ineligible to receive more than one Apron Prize and a winner of a Seasoning Prize is ineligible to receive more than one Seasoning Prize. However, a winner of a Seasoning Prize is eligible to receive an Apron Prize or the Grand Prize and, similarly, a winner of an Apron Prize is eligible to receive a Seasoning Prize or the Grand Prize.
