Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. on June 11, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on July 11, 2012. All times are Eastern Time or "ET."

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico), age 13 or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

Limit of one (1) entry per person or email address per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Lollapalooza® music festival 8/3/12 to 8/5/12 in Chicago, Illinois, consisting of:
- roundtrip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner's residence in the contiguous U.S. (excludes flights from Alaska or Hawaii or Puerto Rico),
- three (3) nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations,
- a pair of three (3)-day Festival passes,
- two (2) VIP passes to the Clearasil Lounge at the Hard Rock Hotel®, and
- $300 spending money.

$3,000.00 ARV. Minor(s) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If winner resides within 100 miles from the Festival location, Sponsor may elect to not award the airfare portion of the prize at Sponsor's sole discretion. Each prize winner is solely responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes and expenses associated with prize award, receipt and use not expressly specified herein as part of the prize, including, without limitation, additional transportation costs, airline change fees, additional lodging, meals, gratuities, insurance, surcharges, other costs and expenses incurred by the prize winner and prize winner's guests in accepting the prize, and all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. The Winner will be issued a United States Internal Revenue Service 1099 tax form for the aggregate retail value of the prize. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution for prizes except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for travel/photo identification. Travel and lodging are subject to space availability.
