Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on June 15, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 6, 2012. Sweepstakes will be divided into daily, weekly and monthly periods and one Grand Prize drawing.

Open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam), who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period.

1) To enter via Facebook, you may access the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sweepstakes tab on the Bertolli Olive Oil Fan Page at http://www.facebook.com/Bertolli and accepting the Sweepstakes Application (the "Application"). Once you accept the Application, complete the on-screen registration form to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes.

2) To enter via the Bertolli website, visit http://www.whereflavorcomesfrom.c...stakes.php and complete the on-screen registration form to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) Entry per person, per day, per e-mail address.

Entrants will be eligible to only win one of each Daily prize, one of each Weekly prize and one of each Monthly prize. Entries of daily winners will be carried forward to corresponding Weekly and Monthly drawings and the Grand Prize drawing. Entries of Weekly winners will be carried forward to corresponding Monthly and Grand Prize drawings, and entries of Monthly winners will be carried forward to the Grand Prize drawing.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"):

a) Grand Prize (1): Winner's choice of either a $5,000 VISA Gift Card or a 3-Day/2-Night trip for four (4) to Los Angeles, CA for a cooking class with Fabio Viviani, based on his availability. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation (with a 21-day advance purchase) from an airport near the winner's home to Los Angeles, CA, hotel accommodations for four (based on two rooms, double occupancy), hotel transfers to and from the airport in Los Angeles, CA, and one (1) cooking class with Fabio Viviani (Max.ARV: USD$5,000).

b) Daily Prizes (84 total - 1 awarded per day): A set of three (3) bottles of Bertolli Olive Oil (ARV: USD $22 each set).

c) Weekly Prizes (12 - 1 awarded per week, as defined in section 4): A copy of Café Firenze Cookbook, signed by Chef Fabio Viviani (ARV: USD $29.99 each).

d) Monthly Prizes (3- 1 awarded per Monthly Period): A set of three (3) sauté pans from Bialetti (ARV: USD $70 each set).
