Prize: (1 winner) Trip to New York City to attend The Food Network Magazine Lounge tentatively scheduled for October 10, 2012, including round trip coach airfare from major airport nearest winner's residence; 2-nights hotel stay (one room, double occupancy) in a hotel; two tickets to the Food Network Magazine Lounge; dinner for two at a celebrity chef restaurant as determined by the Sponsor; $500 in spending money for the winner; a Chef Michael's prize package, including: a one-year supply of Chef Michael's brand Food for Dogs, awarded in the form of twenty-five manufacturer's coupons, each redeemable for one free bag, up to 11.5 lbs., valued at up to $18.99 each coupon. and a $200 gift card to a pet retailer of your choice. (ARV $4,999). In the event the winner is unable to attend The Food Network Magazine Lounge event, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected. Hotel accommodations at Sponsor's discretion, accommodations subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. All travelers must possess valid travel documents. Travel companion of Winner must also execute a Publicity/Liability Release prior to ticketing and must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. Once the travel schedule has been arranged, it cannot be altered and failure of Winner to follow such schedule shall not obligate Sponsor in any way to provide the winner with alternate arrangements. Arrangements must be made at least 30 days prior to departure. Once scheduled, the itinerary cannot be altered. In the event the Food Network Lounge is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize with no further obligation to the winner.
