Bud Light Get Your Crew on the Cruise Sweepstakes ~ 8/31/12
Sweepstakes is open to groups of four (4) eligible participants (each group a “Crew”). Eligible participants are legal residents of the United States (except CA) who are 21 years of age or older.
Sweepstakes begins at 4:30:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on June 15, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on August 31, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period is divided into eleven (11) entry periods as outlined in the chart below (each an “Entry Period”).
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the “Bud Light Get Your Crew on the Cruise Sweepstakes” application on the Facebook Platform at http://www.facebook.co m/budlight or at www.budlightpor tparadise.com and follow the online instructions to complete and submit an online entry.
A valid entry consists of four (4) eligible participants entering together as a Crew. Only Crews are eligible to win a prize. Limit one (1) entry per Crew. Participants may be a member of more than one (1) Crew; however, each Crew must be unique and may not contain the same four (4) eligible participants.
Use of multiple Facebook accounts by any person is not permitted. Use of multiple Facebook accounts by a Crew Captain will result in disqualification of any crew of which he or she is a Crew Captain. Use of multiple Facebook accounts by a Crew member will result in disqualification of that individual Crew member.
Two (2) Crews* will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about each Drawing Date listed in Rule #2 from among eligible entries received during the corresponding entry period. Non-winning entries will carry forward to subsequent drawings. Limit one (1) prize per person.
*Note: If a selected Crew has a Crew Captain that has already won a Bud Light Port Paradise Music Festival Cruise prize, that entire Crew will be ineligible and will not win a prize. If a selected Crew contains a Crew member that has already won a Bud Light Port Paradise Music Festival Cruise prize, that Crew member is not eligible to win the prize, and the Crew Captain of the winning Crew will be able to select an alternate Crew member. The alternate Crew member must meet the eligibility requirements as stated in Rule #1. IF SELECTED AS A WINNER, MEMBERS OF THE CREW MUST SHARE TWO (2) CABINS ON THE BUD LIGHT PORT PARADISE CRUISE.
The Crew Captain of the potential winning Crew will be notified by phone and will be required to respond to the phone call within twenty-four (24) hours indicating whether he/she would like to accept the prize. If no return call is received within the time allotted, an alternate Crew will be selected (time permitting). Each member of a winning Crew (hereinafter referred to as “winner(s)”) will be required to access www.budlightpor tparadise.com and follow the online registration process. The online registration process consists of completing/submitting the following forms: Registration Process for Winner, Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release for Winner, and a nonrefundable payment confirmation of $190.00. Credit card required. The online registration process must be completed within six (6) days of prize notification, not to exceed September 10, 2012, in order for winner to qualify for the prize. If registration is not completed as instructed during this time period, prize will be forfeited. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner (time permitting).
Prizes (2 Crews per Entry Period; 88 total individual prizes): Winner will receive a Bud Light Port Paradise Cruise for $190.00. Trip consists of:
- round-trip coach air transportation from gateway city nearest winner’s residence to city of port (Cape Canaveral or Miami, as determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion),
- transfers to/from ship and airport,
- standard double-occupancy ship accommodations for three (3) consecutive nights (two [2] Crew members are required to share one [1] cabin as defined below),
- all inclusive food, select beverages and gratuities on board the ship and admission to a two (2) day private concert.
At the time of registering online, the winning Crew Captain will select his/her roommate from the eligible winning Crew members, and the other two (2) Crew members will be required to share a cabin. Travel expected to occur between November 16, 2012 and November 19, 2012. Exact travel dates to be determined/communicated at a later date, by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel, accommodations and events are at the Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability and change, and restrictions may apply. Sponsor is responsible for any necessary hotel accommodations for winners prior and/or after the Bud Light Port Paradise Cruise (two [2] rooms per Crew) per required night. Winner must have a valid passport upon boarding the ship. Winner must travel on the itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor. Winner must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (i.e. driver's license or passport) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility. Any additional ground transportation, passport fees, trip cancellation insurance, personal purchases and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Approximate Retail Value $296.00. Actual value depends on city, day, and time of departure. Difference between any stated value and actual value will not be awarded. If winner cannot accept prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting), in Sponsor's sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes is $26,048.00.
