How to Enter and How to Win: Entrants are required to answer: "What's Your Next Step To a Healthier Life?" together with an optional accompanying image (e.g., photograph, drawing, collage) or video that demonstrates their story. Your "What's Your Next Step To a Healthier Life" answer and accompanying image(s) or video should best exemplify the next step you want to take to improve your health, in fact or in principle. Essays must be electronically formatted (word-processed format, not handwritten), 50 words, or less, written in English, and authored solely by the entrant. Each Contest entrant must be the owner of the essay and the image, video or other materials submitted with the entry
following equally weighted judging criteria, all of which have a total possible point value of 20: Originality of entry, effectiveness in addressing the "Next Step" contest question, and the ability to capture the overall spirit of the contest theme.
Weekly winners will be determined by Sponsor's Social Media Facilitator based on the following equally weighted judging criteria, all of which have a total possible point value of 10: creativity of the photo or video submission; novelty or originality of the photo or video submission; and effectiveness and appeal of the photo or video submission to illustrate the contest theme. Weekly winners will be considered for the Grand Prize package.
Prizes and Odds of Winning: There will be one (1) grand prize package awarded during the full contest period, which will be selected in accordance with criteria outlined above. The grand prize package consists of a 5 day/4 night stay for two at Mii amo Destination Spa ("Spa") in Sedona, Arizona. The package includes round-trip coach class airfare for two (2) provided by a commercial airline carrier, four nights luxury spa casita accommodations for two, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner daily (provided that meals are redeemed at Spa), non-alcoholic beverages, three 90 minute and five 60 minute services based on program, use of all fitness facilities and scheduled fitness classes, spa pool, lap pool, concierge service, a specialty designed Mii amo robe and pool/tote bag, room tax and gratuities, and transfers to and from the Phoenix airport to and from Spa. In addition, there will be $250.00 vouchers awarded to both the winner and his/her travel companion for incidentals and personal expenses
The total estimated retail value of the prize package is Seven Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars ($7,925.00).
The total value of the weekly prize package is approximately $30-$50 dollars.
