HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN CHALLENGES: For each Challenge, the Promotion will either (a) assign one (1) entry into a random drawing or (b) track the order of a response to determine winner(s). Challenges are specific to the Application. A Challenge may include but not be limited to, posting a Sponsor-requested photo or video, answering a Sponsor-requested question, sharing Sponsor-requested information, checking into a location, or identifying a television commercial or show. Each Challenge will outline “how to win”. Each Challenge must be completed within the time frame as stated on the Website or Mobile Site in order to be eligible.
The top ten (10) participants with the highest Point totals at the end of the first twenty-four (24) Challenges will be considered “Finalists” and will be invited to “the Chase” to participate in the final challenges. There will be four (4) final challenges in “the Chase”. The Finalist receiving the highest cumulative Point total for the “the Chase” Challenges will be declared the Grand Prize winner.
Timing: begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 7, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 5, 2012
Limit: one (1) Registration per name/e-mail address per Application.
Eligibility: YOU MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT RESIDING IN ONE OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA THROUGHOUT THE PROMOTION PERIOD AND 18 YEARS OF AGE (19 in AL or NE) OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive will receive two (2) tickets to Martinsville Speedway for the race on October 28, 2012 in Martinsville, VA (“Race”). No alternative travel dates are available. Travel dates: October 25, 2012 through October 29, 2012. Trip consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner's home (airport and carrier selected by Sponsor), one (1) double-occupancy standard hotel room for three (3) nights, ground transportation to/from airport/hotel in Martinsville, VA., five-hundred dollars ($500) spending money, admission for winner and one (1) guest to the Race. If winner resides within 150 miles of Martinsville, VA., ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of prize winner. All travel must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor at time of notification; no alternative travel dates are available. Seating assignments at the Race are in Sponsor's sole discretion. All travel subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to airline flights, Race) beyond its control. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel within the United States. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. A minor guest (under age of 18) on trip must be accompanied by minor's parent or legal guardian who must be the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3.950.00.
