Prizes: There are exactly eleven (11) prizes total (each, a "Prize") available to be won in the Promotion as follows:

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $10,000 USD.
Exactly ten (10) Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded. Ten (10) Runner-Up Prize Winners will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received, and awarded a Runner-Up Prize (each, a "Runner-Up Prize") consisting of one (1) $100 USD Hy-Vee gift card.
The ARV of each Runner-Up Prize is $100 USD. The ARV of all Runner-Up Prizes is $1,000 USD.
The ARV of ALL prizes available to be won in this Promotion is $11,000 USD.
