I called this number and a customer service person named Wencie was very nice, called Billboard for me and found out they were closed but left a message for them to call me. They called me back at 6pm CST just as they were closing and I missed the call, but left a msg for me to call back and I did this morning and a very helpful girl named Samantha had me email my codes and then emailed me back saying that she didn't know why they were invalid and combined all of them into one PIN number that is reusable until the credits were gone and now it is working fine.

Somebody at billboard is about to lose a job after this mess, especially a client as big as Marlboro not getting services paid for!

I'm now able to use the rest of my codes thanks to the persistence many have shown in getting things straightened away. Thank you. Well, I only have 4 codes left. For me getting all this music has been simply wonderful. Please don't let your codes expire. There really is a lot of music to pick from.

Just a heads up, if you have codes from this sweeps and actually want to download some music - use them or lose them. They expire 2-01. I ran into problems of my own attempting to download. First off I tried to download a complete album. There is a download button for downloading an album and I used it and got nothing. I ended up losing 12 credits. I emailed Billboard about the problem and they replied with a method to search my computer for any mp3s. I already knew how to search my PC for such and the album didn't download. They also stated that I should be sure to DL song by song, so apparently they already knew that the DL button for the album DL didn't work. So why the fvcjk would they have one? And of course they didn't credit me for my loss. Duh. I also lost song credits when I clicked on cancel before even attempting to DL a song. When attempting to DL any recent mainstream artist I would always get a message stating that the artist wasn't participating. That being the case and they were using a separate site specifically for Marlboro Goldtracks you would think they would only list artists and songs that were available for this promotion. I would certainly hope that Marlboro would never ever use Billboard for a promotion again, and they (Billboard) will certainly never get a dime out of me. If this is how they conduct business I don't see how they could possibly survive. I do appreciate the music I was able to DL, so thanks to Marlboro for that.
