FordParts.com Trap the Raptor Sweepstakes ~ 11/18/12

Sweepstakes begins on June 15, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 18, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are licensed drivers and are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry beginning June 15, 2012, and who currently have access to the internet.

How to Enter:
(a) Entrants may enter online at www.FordParts.com/Raptor (site registration required). If previously registered on the site, Entrant confirms pre-populated registration details.

Registered/Verified Entrant will then access “Trap the Raptor” game page. Entrants can play game once per day. On the game page, Entrant is presented with an illustration of a Genuine Ford or Motorcraft part assembly with a piece of the part assembly missing, accompanied by a hint (product feature or benefit). Entrant identifies the missing part via multiple choice answers. All answers result in one “Trap the Raptor” Grand Prize entry as well as one Weekly Prize entry. Correct answers will receive an additional Grand Prize entry.

(b) Entrants may also gain additional Grand Prize entries (i) when purchasing parts on FordParts.com during the promotion period (one entry per transaction) or (ii) by following the Alternate Method of Entry described below. Purchase is confirmed when participant places order and receives order confirmation.

Alternate Method of Entry: To request an entry form and mail-in instructions, send a self-addressed stamped envelope* to the following address: "FordParts.com Trap the Raptor Sweepstakes", PO Box 490, 3800 Greenfield Road, Dearborn, MI 48120. *Vermont residents not required to provide stamp, may send self-addressed envelope only.

Each entrant is allowed no more than five Grand Prize entries and two Weekly Prize entries per day (includes first-time registration/verification, game play, correct answers and confirmed purchases). No automated entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, bot, macro or sweepstakes service), or mechanical reproductions will be accepted.

Grand Prize Drawing: Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around December 9, 2012. The winner will be notified by mail, email or phone.

Weekly Prize Drawing: One Weekly Prize winner will be selected per week during the Promotion Period from all eligible entries received to-date (22 winners in total). If Entrant has previously won the Weekly Prize, another winner will be selected. The randomly selected winner will be called by Administrators within five business days of the weekly drawing. Should a randomly selected winner decline the prize for any reason, another eligible Entrant will be randomly selected and contacted.

One (1) Grand Prize: A 2013 Ford F-150 Super Crew SVT Raptor (ARV: $51,000). Sponsor will determine all features of vehicle, including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other optional features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials. By entering, Entrants acknowledge that operating a vehicle can be a dangerous activity and agree to accept all risk and responsibility associated with operating the vehicle. Winner must be a legal resident of the United States and a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance, gasoline, destination and delivery charges and other fees associated with prize, including federal/state income tax on value of prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the authorized Ford automobile dealership in the United States designated by Sponsor. Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of prize.

Weekly Prizes: Twenty-two (22) Ford F-150 SVT Raptor die-cast collectibles (1:24 scale). One awarded to qualified Entrant each week of the promotion. (ARV: $25.00).

Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No cash or other prize substitution, except by the Sponsors, in whole or in part, in their sole discretion. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any sales or other applicable taxes on prize and any expenses not listed herein relating to acceptance and use of a prize. The Grand Prize Winner must take delivery through dealer by April 15, 2013. Vehicle delivery is restricted to the United States. Winner must be a licensed driver and hold a valid driver's license in his/her state of residence and will be required to provide proof of insurance in order to take delivery. If winner does not provide proof of a valid driver's license and proof of insurance prior to delivery, winner forfeits prize. Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance, gasoline, destination and delivery charges and other requirements and expenses and fees associated with the acceptance and use of prize not specified herein as being awarded. Sponsor shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the prize vehicle. Sponsor, however, shall use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver the grand prize vehicle within one hundred twenty (120) days after receipt of the winner's Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release and other requested information. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
