Prize: (1 winner) Roundtrip airfare (coach class) for the winner and a guest from a major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights closest to the winner's permanent residence (or, in Sponsor's sole discretion $500 in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200 mile radius to New York City) to a New York City area airport; hotel accommodations selected by Sponsor in NYC for 2-nights (standard room, double occupancy, room & tax only); ground transportation to and from airport/hotel (if applicable); vouchers or gift certificates for dinner for two and two tickets to a Broadway show; and $250 in spending money (for winner only). (ARV $3750). Prize to be taken by June 30th, 2013. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of comparable or greater value in the event a described Prize or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason whatsoever. All federal, state and local taxes as well as all other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
