Ford Motor Company Battle For Your Dream Mustang Sweepstakes ~ 10/7/12
Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 06/18/12 and ends on 10/7/12 at 11:59 PM ET. Within the Promotion Period, there are four (4) monthly entry periods as defined in the chart below.
Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry with a valid driver’s license. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Commonwealths, Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations) and where prohibited.
To enter, visit www.mustangcustomizer.com and follow these steps:
a) Complete the online registration form, including agreeing to the Official Rules of the Promotion, and submit as directed. In order to participate in the Sweepstakes, you must submit the completed registration IN ADDITION TO creation of an account for the Battle For Your Dream Mustang Game. You will receive Points as per the Game Rules for submitting the completed registration form.
b) Select one (1) model of the Mustang from among the four (4) available models (V6, GT, BOSS and Shelby GT500) that you wish to use as your “Sweepstakes Mustang.” You will receive a certain number of Points based on the model you select as your Sweepstakes Mustang.
c) Customize your Sweepstakes Mustang as you like, choosing from among the twenty-three (23) categories of parts and features, including color, body kit, deck lid, grille and hood. Some – but not all -- parts/features added will increase your Point total. As per the Game Rules, attainment of a certain Point total threshold is required to qualify your Sweepstakes Mustang for Game play. For the avoidance of doubt, unless expressly indicated otherwise in these Official Rules, your Point total will have no effect on
Sweepstakes entry.
d) Once you’re happy with your Sweepstakes Mustang, you can engage in certain activities in the Game. By way of example only, such activities include, sharing your Sweepstakes Mustang via Twitter, Facebook, Battle For Your Dream Mustang Sweepstakes 6.4.12 final or Google +, commenting on other persons’ Sweepstakes Mustang, voting for or “liking” other persons’ Sweepstakes Mustang, challenging other persons to “Battles” between your Sweepstakes Mustang and their Sweepstakes Mustang; participating as a judge in “Battles” between other persons’ Sweepstakes Mustang. NOTE: By challenging other persons to “Battles,” you may also lose Points depending on the outcome of the “Battle” (assuming that a “Wager” has been included as a condition of the “Battle,” the inclusion of a “Wager” being optional.)
For each exact increment of 1,000 Points in an eligible person’s account at 11:59 PM ET on the last day of each monthly entry period (as per the chart below), such person will receive one (1) entry in that month’s random drawing. (Based on calculations by Sponsor’s agency, the average player will accumulate 5,495 Points per monthly entry period.) For the avoidance of doubt, any Points other than an exact increment of 1,000 Points (that is, 1 – 999 Points) will NOT count toward Sweepstakes entry. Points can only be received via participation in the Game as per the Game Rules.

Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes Registration/Game account per person. Any violation of this limit will result in disqualification.
All entries (regardless of method of participation) from one monthly entry period drawing will be retained for subsequent monthly entry period drawings.
PRIZES (4 IN TOTAL, 1 PER MONTHLY ENTRY PERIOD): 2013 Ford Mustang V6, GT, BOSS and/or Shelby GT500. ARV/MSRP: $ 36,510 each.
If winner participated via the Online Game Play/Points entry method, he/she will receive a 2013 Ford Mustang – the actual vehicle (and options/package) awarded is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Model of vehicle awarded as prize vehicle may or may not be the same as the model used by winner as his/her Sweepstakes Mustang in the Game. Selection of a particular model as one’s Sweepstakes Mustang in no way obligates Sponsor to award that model as the prize vehicle. Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to include on prize vehicle an options/package comparable to the options/package on winner’s Sweepstakes Mustang in the Game; without limiting the foregoing, the same options/package is not available on all models of the 2013 Ford Mustang.
TOTAL ARV/MSRP OF ALL PRIZES IS $146,040. LIMIT OF ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON/FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Winners are responsible for vehicle registration, license, all taxes, title and insurance fees and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option not provided with vehicle (except, for winner who participated via Online Game Play/Points entry method, the customization of prize vehicle by G.A.S.) and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified. Winner must take delivery of vehicle at a Sponsor specified time and location or prize may be forfeited. Winner must provide valid U.S. driver's license and evidence of insurance prior to delivery. Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials (including but not limited to the Game) and may take up to six (6) months for delivery.
