Sweepstakes Period consists of daily and weekly entry periods
Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address for each Daily Entry Period and one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address for each Weekly Entry Period for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
Daily Prizes (450 total, 5 per Daily Entry Period): One (1) $25.00 gift card awarded in the form of a pre-paid debit card, which can be used towards purchase at the Team USA Shop (certain terms & conditions as specified by issuer apply) (Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") $25.00 each).
Weekly Prizes (13 total, 1 per Weekly Entry Period): One (1) $500.00 gift card awarded in the form of a pre-paid debit card, which can be used towards purchase at the Team USA Shop (certain terms & conditions as specified by issuer apply) (ERV $500.00 each). Total ERV of all prizes combined is $17,750.00.
