Sweepstakes will begin 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PDT") on Sunday, July 1 and will end at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time ("PDT") on Friday, August 10, 2012.
Open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years old or older at the time of entry, except residents of the Rhode Island (who are not eligible to participate).

Prize: The winner, which will be selected at random, will win a four-course dinner prepared by a Kimpton chef in their home for themselves and up to seven guests (eight individuals total), with wine pairings to accompany each course. The dates of the dinner will be based on availability and excludes major holidays. Winners can redeem their prize up to 12 months after the sweepstakes concludes. Winners are not entitled to select the specific chefs. Total estimated retail value: 4,650
Winners must provide plate ware, glass ware and utensils for the total number of guests and must provide standard appliances that work, including four-burner stove and oven. If winner can't supply necessary items for in-home dinner, Kimpton will supply an alternate prize at equal value.
