Sweepstakes begins on June 13, 2012, at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on Aug. 14, 2012, at 11:59:59 p.m. CT.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Virginia) who are 18 years of age or older.

Limit one (1) entry per person.
One (1) Grand Prize: a VIP trip for winner and one guest to a 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ race of the Sponsor's choosing. The winner will get a behind-the-scenes and "in the pit" experience with Tony Stewart's NASCAR® race team. Trip includes:
- round-trip coach airfare from a major U.S. airport near winner's residence to the city where the race is taking place, and
- three nights' hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy).
- Winner will also receive a visit to the Stewart-Haas Racing facilities, VIP passes to the NASCAR®-sanctioned race, an honorary Mobil 1 fire suit, pit cap and Mobil 1 pit shirt, and a $1,500 Visa® gift card.
Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $4,800.
Fifty (50) First Prizes: Mobil 1/Stewart-Haas Racing T-shirt (one size), ARV: $24.
Seventy-Five (75) Second Prizes: Mobil 1/Tony Stewart Sunday drive cap, ARV: $22.
Total ARV of all prizes: $7,650.
Grand Prize restrictions: Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and restrictions. Grand Prize winner and guest are responsible for having valid travel documents, including government identification and/or passports. Winner is responsible for all travel expenses, including any airline or other fees, gratuities, meals and any other incidental costs or expenses related to the trip. If winner's residence is within approximately 150 miles of the event location, winner will receive ground transportation in lieu of air transportation, and no compensation will be given for such substitution. Airport, airline, ground transportation and hotel accommodations will be determined by the Sponsor. Gift card is subject to the standard terms that will be provided with the gift card by its issuer. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor for gift cards that the winner is unable to use. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on dates and times as specified by Sponsor. If winner is unable to travel on dates specified, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Winner's guest must be 18 years of age or older and of legal age of majority. Guest must sign and return a release of liability/publicity before travel is booked. VIP passes and race tickets are subject to the standard terms and procedures of NASCAR and subject to NASCAR's sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible if event is delayed, postponed or canceled for any reason. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor for tickets that the winner is unable to use due to cancellation of the event, but tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures set by the issuer. Winner agrees that event admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest if either winner or his/her guest violates the previous restrictions or engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event.
