Daily’s Cocktails 7 Perfect Days Sweepstakes ~ 9/21/12 (photo)

Entry Requirements:
A completed on-line entry form including your name, mailing address and e-mail address.
A photo capturing your "Perfect Day" that complies with the following guidelines:
The maximum file size for any photo uploaded to the entry form is 4MB and the photo must be between 500x500 pixels and 1000x1000 pixels.
Photos may be color or black/white and must be submitted in one of the following file formats: .PNG, .GIF, .JPG, or .JPEG.
Photos may be uploaded from a file stored on your computer or through a remote URL.
Photos may include, but are not required to show, people including the entrant. All person(s) in the photograph must be 21 years of age or older as of August 3, 2012.
Entries must be received on or before 1:00pm EST on September 21, 2012. Once the entry form is completed and the Entry is uploaded, the Entry is final and may not be modified, supplemented or edited. Entries which include a photo that fail to strictly adhere to any of the requirements set forth in these Official Rules, including the requirements set forth in this section, as well as the requirements set forth in Section 5 and 6 below and the requirements of the American Beverage Terms and Conditions, as determined by Sponsor, and/or the Contest Administrator, in their sole discretion, will be disqualified.

Content Requirements:
Entrants may capture the photo themselves, or entrants may have another person capture the photo. If someone other than the entrant has captured the photo, the entrant must have permission from that person to submit the photo and entrant must be able to obtain a signed release from the photographer upon the request of Sponsor. If photo features a person(s) that is not the entrant, entrant must have permission from the person(s) to submit the photo. Entrant must be able to obtain a signed release from the person(s) upon request of the Sponsor.

Only mentions/images of Daily's Cocktails® brand logos or products are allowed in the photo(s). Any Entry that includes a photo that contains any other mentions/images of any other logos or branded products, will be ineligible. Sweepstakes Entries will not be influenced by the inclusion or exclusion of the Daily's Cocktails® brand logo, name or products in the photo.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Entrant warrants and represents that the photo submission:
(a) is original to the entrant (photo may be captured by someone other than the entrant if the entrant obtained permission to submit the photo, as set forth below) and has been legally created;
(b) does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity rights, ownership or any other legal or moral rights of any third party;
(c) has not been published or distributed previously in any media;
(d) is suitable for public viewing.

By submitting an Entry, entrant represents that he/she owns all rights to each element of his/her Entry, including, without limitation, the copyrights in the photo(s). If someone other than the entrant captured the photo, entrant further represents that he/she has obtained an assignment of rights from the third party that captured the photo. Entrant also acknowledges that he/she may be required to obtain a written assignment of rights to the materials produced by such individual. Sponsor's determination as to whether the photo(s) violates the rights of any third party is final.
