Hot Summer Movie Ticket Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to
legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are
at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

The Promotion begins on June 22, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time
("ET") and ends on August 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Fandango gift card for movie tickets
for one (1) year, which is equivalent to two (2) $12 tickets per week for a year.

Instant Win Game Prizes: THIRTY FIVE (35) FIRST PRIZES: A movie poster of
"The Expendables." ARV: $15. TEN THOUSAND (10,000) SECOND PRIZES:
Fandango movie ticket code. ARV: $12.

Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person
per day for up to ten (10) Instant Win Game prizes per person during the Promotion
