Concentra’s Apple Per Day Sweepstakes ~ 8/3/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins June 22, 2012, at 12:01 a.m. EDT, and ends August 3, 2012, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.

Open to legal residents who are at least 18 years of age or older and of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, and who are residents of the United States residing in one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
