Limit of five (5) entries per person, per e-mail address and per payment card in this Sweepstakes regardless of entry method.
open only to legal residents of any one (1) of the (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico who are at least the age of majority in their state or jurisdiction of primary residence under applicable law on the date of entry and who are the parent or legal guardian of a child age twelve (12) or younger.
PRIZES, ODDS, & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): The following prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes, subject to verification:
One (1) grand prize winner, subject to verification, will receive a trip for winner and three (3) guests to Toronto to visit the set of Dino Dan and the opportunity for one (1) child of the winner who is age twelve or younger and meets the other criteria specified by Sponsor to have a walk-on appearance in one (1) episode of the Dino Dan show (collectively, the "Trip Prize"). The ARV of the Trip Prize is $15,000.
Three (3) first prize winners, subject to verification, will each receive a Dino Dan merchandise gift basket, consisting of DVDs, plush toys, and possible other items, as selected in Sponsor's sole discretion. Each first prize gift basket has an ARV of $300.
Thirty (30) second-prize winners, subject to verification, will each receive a Dino Dan DVD selected in Sponsor's sole discretion, each with an ARV of $13.
The odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The total ARV of all prizes offered is $16,290.
