GameStop® Presents GameStock 2012 Sweepstakes consists of an online Grand Prize Sweepstakes with an online Instant Win Sweepstakes component.
The Grand Prize Sweepstakes and the Instant Win Sweepstakes will hereinafter collectively be referred to as the (“Sweepstakes”).
Sweepstakes commences at 12:00 PM CT on June 25, 2012 and ends at 12:00 PM CT on August 4, 2012, or while Codes last (“Sweepstakes Period”). The “Redemption Period” for the Sweepstakes commences at 12:00 PM CT on June 25, 2012 and ends at 11:59 AM CT on August 11, 2012.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico. Entrants must be at least 17 years of age at time of entry. Entrants who have not yet reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (“Minors”) must obtain parentaurlhasbeenblockeduardian consent to be eligible to enter Sweepstakes.

The total ARV of the Drawing No. 6 Prize is $ $7,000 to $10,000. The Winner of this Prize must be 18 years of age or older at time of Prize participation. The total ARV of the Grand Prizes is between $33,606.71 and $36,606.71. The ARVs are subject to change based on current market conditions at time of Prize fulfillment, and, when applicable, the time of travel and the distance between departure and Destination. Any difference between the ARVs and the actual values, if any, will not be awarded. For the trip prizes, Grand Prize Winners and Guests must possess valid travel documents in order to travel.
Total ARV of All Prizes is between $2,348,666.70 and $2,351,721.71.
Second Drawing for Instant Win Prizes: If any Instant Win Prizes are not awarded as of August 18, 2012, a second drawing will be conducted by Administrator on or about August 20, 2012 from among all Eligible Entries in order to award the unclaimed Instant Win Prizes (“Second Drawing”). Potential Winners in the Second Drawing will be notified by email and must comply with all requirements imposed on Instant Win Prize Winners set forth herein. Instant Win Prizes unclaimed after the Second Drawing will go un awarded.
For the Trip Prizes: Sponsor will determine the airline and hotel in its sole discretion. Grand Prize Winners and Guests must travel on the same itinerary. All travel dates are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a Grand Prize Winner is not available, able or willing to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner privileges will be terminated and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from the remaining applicable Eligible Entries. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and must be roundtrip. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for any damage to baggage or any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any acts or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of the services and accommodations necessitated by same. Grand Prize Winners and Guests must possess valid travel documents in order to travel.
For the Motorcycle Prize: Motorcycle Winner must be a licensed motorcycle driver and must present a current valid motorcycle driver’s license and will be required to provide proof of vehicle insurance during Grand Prize Winner verification process and at time of delivery of Motorcycle. Specific features and options included with the Motorcycle will be at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor will determine all features of the Motorcycle. Any other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by Winner. Motorcycle Winner is responsible for all fees and taxes associated with acceptance of the Motorcycle including, without limitation, title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs and motorcycle insurance. Sponsor, at its expense, will arrange for delivery of the Motorcycle to the Winner at a location of Sponsor’s choosing in close proximity to Winner’s residence and the Winner will be required to take possession of the Motorcycle from that location and will be solely responsible for transporting the Motorcycle to Winner’s chosen destination. The depiction of the Motorcycle in any advertising and promotional materials may not reflect the actual vehicle delivered to Winner.

The total ARV of the Grand Prizes is between $33,606.71 and $36,606.71. The ARVs are subject to change based on current market conditions at time of Prize fulfillment, and, when applicable, the time of travel and the distance between departure and Destination. Any difference between the ARVs and the actual values, if any, will not be awarded. For the trip prizes, Grand Prize Winners and Guests must possess valid travel documents in order to travel.
Total ARV of All Prizes is between $2,348,666.70 and $2,351,721.71.
Second Drawing for Instant Win Prizes: If any Instant Win Prizes are not awarded as of August 18, 2012, a second drawing will be conducted by Administrator on or about August 20, 2012 from among all Eligible Entries in order to award the unclaimed Instant Win Prizes (“Second Drawing”). Potential Winners in the Second Drawing will be notified by email and must comply with all requirements imposed on Instant Win Prize Winners set forth herein. Instant Win Prizes unclaimed after the Second Drawing will go un awarded.
For the Trip Prizes: Sponsor will determine the airline and hotel in its sole discretion. Grand Prize Winners and Guests must travel on the same itinerary. All travel dates are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a Grand Prize Winner is not available, able or willing to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner privileges will be terminated and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from the remaining applicable Eligible Entries. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and must be roundtrip. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for any damage to baggage or any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any acts or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of the services and accommodations necessitated by same. Grand Prize Winners and Guests must possess valid travel documents in order to travel.
For the Motorcycle Prize: Motorcycle Winner must be a licensed motorcycle driver and must present a current valid motorcycle driver’s license and will be required to provide proof of vehicle insurance during Grand Prize Winner verification process and at time of delivery of Motorcycle. Specific features and options included with the Motorcycle will be at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor will determine all features of the Motorcycle. Any other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by Winner. Motorcycle Winner is responsible for all fees and taxes associated with acceptance of the Motorcycle including, without limitation, title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs and motorcycle insurance. Sponsor, at its expense, will arrange for delivery of the Motorcycle to the Winner at a location of Sponsor’s choosing in close proximity to Winner’s residence and the Winner will be required to take possession of the Motorcycle from that location and will be solely responsible for transporting the Motorcycle to Winner’s chosen destination. The depiction of the Motorcycle in any advertising and promotional materials may not reflect the actual vehicle delivered to Winner.
