Sweepstakes begins June 25, 2012 12:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends August 19, 2012, 11:59 pm ET.
Open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 years or older.

Limit one (1) entry per person per day.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly chosen by Sponsor on or around August 27, 2012 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
PRIZES: Grand Prize Winner will receive roundtrip air, and a nine (9) day/eight (8) night Australian Pacific Touring 'Southern Tourer' tour of New Zealand for two (2) people, at an approximate retail value ("ARV") of Twelve Thousand Dollars $12,000.00. The Grand Prize includes the following:
Round trip coach class airfare from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's residence to Christchurch, New Zealand airport;
Round trip airport transfers in between the Christchurch, New Zealand airport and hotel;
Double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for eight (8) nights or equivalent accommodation;
Meals including 8 breakfasts and 1 dinner
Freedom of Choice Touring for two people, based on Twin Share, tour allows periodic selection from a choice of touring options during the vacation at no extra cost
Riding on the famous TranzAlpine train
Viewing the dramatic West Coast glaciers
Cruising the full length of Milford Sound
Discovering Mt. Cook National Park

All travel is subject to airline and hotel restrictions and availability, and travel must be completed by September 26, 2013. The prize does not include additional flights, pre/post accommodation, insurance, baggage fees, meals in flight, or additional meals/incidentals/items of a personal nature and anything not mentioned here. Winner is responsible for all incidentals, meals, gratuities, transportation throughout the duration of the trip and any other expenses not specified here. Winner is responsible for any surcharges or service charges if applicable. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize will be awarded for any reason, including for cancellation of trip due to natural calamities or any other force majeure event. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable in cash, and no credit will be given if the full value of the tour is not utilized on one booking. Once the trip is confirmed, the departure date cannot be changed or Winner will forfeit the prize package. Picture identification (valid driver's license, passports, visas or other picture identification required) is the Winner's and guest's responsibilities. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice and trip must be booked a minimum of thirty (30) days in advance. The Grand Prize Winner and guest must depart from the same airport and travel on the same itinerary. Sponsor reserves the right to approve any travel dates. Sponsor is not responsible for any travel related delays or cancellations. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
