Sweepstakes will begin on June 17, 2012 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and end on July 15, 2012 at 11:59:59 AM ET.
Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry.

One (1) entry per Calendar Day. Any entrant who attempts to enter the Sweepstakes with multiple e-mail addresses or under multiple identities will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes.
· Twenty Four (24) Daily Prizes are available: Daily prizes consist of (1) Starhawk Video Game per daily winner. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Daily prize is $59.99 each.
· Five (5) Weekly Prizes are available: Weekly prizes consist of (1) Sorteo Playstation®3 Starhawk™ per weekly winner. ARV of each Weekly prize is $249.99 each.
· Total ARV of entire prize pool is $2,689.71.
