Promotion begins on July 1, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on August 31, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the "Promotion Period"). Promotion consists of an Instant Win Game and a Weekly Random Drawing Sweepstakes.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years old or age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older.

How To Obtain Promotion Code: Look for a RED BARON™ Major League Gaming Promotion Code inside stickers affixed to specially marked packages of RED BARON™ Feasts For One Original Crust Pizza, Super Slice Pizza and Personal Pan Pizza.

For a Code without purchase, send a 3" x 5" index card with your complete name, address of residence (including zip code), date of birth and valid email address neatly hand printed in ink to RED BARON® Major League Gaming Promotion, P.O. Box 6363, Clear Lake, MN 55319, for receipt by August 27, 2012. Each request must be mailed separately.

AMOE: Beginning August 28, 2012 at 12:00:01 a.m. CT (but before end of Promotion Period), go to http://redbaron.com/amoe to complete a Code request form. Limit of one (1) on-line Code request per person per day. Each valid request will result in receipt of one (1) Code which will be provided via email to provided email address. Codes available while supplies last.

How to Play: During the Promotion Period, go to www.RedBaron.com/play. Click the "Enter Your Code" button. Then, create an account by providing your email address. Pick a password (to be used to access your account at a later time).

Pick your Major League Gaming Pro from among the six (6) choices: TSquared; Artosis; Nadeshot; Dyrus; Hastro; djWheat. By selecting a Pro, you will be entered once in the Weekly Sweepstakes Drawing for a chance to win the prize of playing a designated on-line game with that Pro (by way of example only, on-line games include StarCraft 2 and League of Legends). In order to play after the selected Pro, participant will need to already have the necessary equipment to play the on-line game. BUT, IF YOU DO NOT SELECT A PRO, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE WEEKLY DRAWING. You need not select the same Pro each time you visit the web site.

Enter Code, when prompted, to play the Instant Win Game. After Code has been entered, you will see a short animation and, once the animation has concluded, you will be informed whether (or not) your instant win game play is a winner of an Instant Win Game Prize or, alternatively, the winner of a GameBattles Premium Access Prize; in all cases, the prize won is subject to verification. MOST INSTANT WIN GAME PLAYS WILL RESULT IN WINNING A GAMEBATTLES PREMIUM ACCESS PRIZE, NOT AN INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZE. Regardless of whether you win an Instant Win Game prize or a GameBattles Premium Access Prize, you will receive one (1) additional instant win game play and one (1) additional entry in the applicable weekly Sweepstakes Drawing if you "share" the Promotion with your friends via social media (from among the designated options on the web site) or email.

Instant Win Game Prizes/GameBattles Premium Access Prizes:

Grand Prize (1) - VIP trip to Major League Gaming Pro Circuit Event in Dallas. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) - $7,499.
Grand Prize: Trip consists of roundtrip coach air travel for two from major commercial airport near winner's residence to Dallas; hotel accommodations for 3 days/2 nights (standard, double occupancy); ground transportation between Dallas airport, hotel and Grand Prize activities; two (2) VIP credentials and front-row seats at Major League Gaming Dallas Pro Circuit Event; access to backstage area at Event; dinner with Major League Gaming professional player; $300 spending money; two (2) VIP Major League Gaming gift bags. Winner's guest must also be at least eighteen (18) years old or age of majority in state of residence (whichever is older) and must complete, sign and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful), prior to issuance of travel documents. Grand Prize trip must be taken so as to attend Major League Gaming Dallas Pro Circuit Event November 2, 2012 - November 4, 2012, if winner is unable to travel during such dates, Grand Prize will be forfeited and will NOT be awarded. Trip is subject to availability and other restrictions. Prize travel cannot be used by winner/guest for frequent flier miles, hotel rewards or other similar perquisites of travel. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary (as set by Sponsor, in its sole discretion). Government-issued photo identification is required for air travel. If winner lives within approximately 150 miles of Dallas (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), ground transportation will be provided instead of air travel and winner will not receive any compensation or substitute prize in conjunction therewith. If winner chooses to travel without a guest, prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for a single traveler and winner will not receive any compensation or substitute prize in conjunction therewith. It is possible that the Major League Gaming Pro Circuit Event will take place other than in Dallas. In such case, the Grand Prize trip will be to the city hosting the Major League Gaming Pro Circuit Event (not Dallas) and all mentions of "Dallas" in these Official Rules shall refer instead to the city hosting the Major League Gaming Pro Circuit Event. Attendance of Major League Gaming professional at dinner has no retail value and if Major League Gaming professional cannot attend dinner for any reason, Sponsor shall have no liability other than furnishing dinner for winner and guest. Attendance of Major League Gaming professional at dinner is subject to availability and his professional commitments. Actual Major League Gaming professional attending dinner is at Sponsor's sole discretion and may not be an individual competing at the Major League Gaming Dallas Pro Circuit Event. Dinner will be chaperoned (is not private) and excludes alcohol beverages. Winner and guest must comport themselves at all times in an appropriate, socially responsible manner in conjunction with dinner with Major League Gaming professional and backstage access.

Weekly Sweepstakes Drawing Prizes:

Play with a Pro Prize (48 in total; 1 per Pro per week). Opportunity to play a designated on-line game with indicated Major League Gaming Pro. Prize has no retail value.
Weekly Sweepstakes Drawing Prizes: Winner plays designated game with designated Pro for up to one (1) hour. (If game lasts less than one (1) hour or if Weekly Sweepstakes Drawing Prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor shall not have any liability or obligation to winner.) Each designated game has various gaming system requirements; it is the sole responsibility of prize winner to own, rent or otherwise gain lawful access to a gaming system meeting the applicable requirements. A listing of the designated game and gaming system requirements for each of the six (6) Pros as well as the game to be played by each of the Pros for his/her Weekly Sweepstakes Drawing Prize is posted on the Website and made a part of these Official Rules and incorporated herein by reference. For the avoidance of doubt, if winner does not have access to required gaming system applicable for Pro, Sponsor shall have no liability or obligation to winner. Timing of game is subject to applicable Pro's availability, including his professional commitments. Game must be played by October 1, 2012.
