Patio & Poohba are out of town this week. I'm going to go nuts all alone with the spider monkeys. Oh & El J tried to give Noey a concussion today. Accidentally knock him backwards HARD on the wood floor. Poor El J shrieked the moment it happened and kept saying, "I so sowwy!" Noey settled down after a few minutes. I hate when they whack their heads, then I'm a worry wart all day!

Mama's good- more testing but this week she's been taking more care of me than me her.

No. Everybody else has been really cool. I met up with my SIL, her husband, and my nephew (first time meeting him) yesterday, and we may go out later again. That's a touchy situation, but I couldn't come in town without letting them know and asking them to hang. But everyone else I've met has been really nice. You can tell those who are being seedy and who are just cool. These folks are cool.

Oh good gosh . . . do I really have to get dressed and go to that damned cubicle this morning??

Well so apparently, since I didn't sign up for any workshops (didn't want to spend more of the company's $), I have the day off. Today is all workshops. Maybe I'll go check out Grove Tattoo in coconut grove and see what they have.

Not a lot of folk getting tattoos in the morning, but they're usually open fairly late.

How old is your DD?

One of my sons was a very late talker.. In fact, they told us that he would probably never speak. He did speak though.

The sign language is very useful.. Just a few key words, like "more" were useful.. Like when he wanted more food, I'd sign the "more" and say in an exaggerated way "Do you want more"... He'd laugh.. then he would start doing the sign.. Not that I'm an expert, but I think it's really helpful if they learn even just 3-5 signs.. Anyhow, it's a long journey, but very rewarding..
