Create a recipe for a tasty cocktail using St-Germain Liqueur. On or around October 15, 2012, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected by a panel of the Sponsor's experts who will assess each eligible entry applying the following criteria, weighted equally: creativity, taste, and at least one fluid ounce of St.-Germain Liqueur. In the event of a tie, the tied entrant with the higher score in the taste criterion will be the winner. One hundred (100) Runner-Up Contest Prizes will be awarded to each of the next best one hundred recipes.
Timing: will start at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on August 1, 2012 and will end at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 1, 2012
Limit: one (1) entry per person, per day
Eligibility: ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE BOTH (A) LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE (1) OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES (EXCEPT CALIFORNIA AND NORTH CAROLINA) OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND (B) TWENTY-FIVE (25) YEARS OLD OR OLDER

Prizes:
The Grand Prize consists of round-trip economy class airfare for two to Paris, France; four nights' accommodation in a Paris hotel selected by Sponsor (room rate and taxes only); one dinner for two at a Paris restaurant selected by Sponsor; and a delicious artisanal cheese tasting for two; or $10,000 cash.
The Runner–Up Prize is one of 100 limited edition, custom-designed St-Germain branded bicycles.
The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is: $10,000. The ARV of the Runner-Up Prize (limited edition bicycle) is $600 each.
