Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), and Canada (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec and all other countries, territories or possessions), who are 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in his/her state, province, or territory of residence

Prize: The approximate retail value (the "ARV") of the prize is $4,500.00 and consists of a one-year gym membership (or of a duration equivalent to the ARV), one (1) personal trainer for 3 months (or of a duration equivalent to the ARV) both at a gym/fitness club proximate to the winner's residence (as determined by Rodale within its sole discretion), and a Rodale workout book. The total ARV of all prizes awarded is $4,500.00. The actual value of the gym/fitness club membership and/or personal trainer sessions may vary based upon the winner's residence. Winner shall not receive the difference between the ARV and the actual retail value of the gym/fitness club membership and/or personal trainer sessions in the form of a credit, monetary equivalent, or any additional prize if the event the actual value of the prize is less that the ARV of the prize; likewise, winner will receive a gym/club membership and/or personal trainer sessions for a shorter duration in the event the actual value of the prize exceeds the ARV of the prize.
