Outside Magazine/Sperry “Angelique 3-day Sailing” Sweepstakes ~ 8/13/12

Sweepstakes begins 7/10/12 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") and ends on 8/13/12 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT.

Open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. residents who are at least eighteen (18) years old at time of entry.

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER E-MAIL ADDRESS/PER PERSON DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received, on or about 8/23/12.

GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night sailing trip for two (winner and guest) aboard the Windjammer Angelique (see www.sailangelique.com/index.html for details). Prize includes:
- round trip coach air transportation from major commercial airport nearest winner's residence to Portland, ME,
- $100 cash allowance for round-trip ground transportation between Portland and Camden ME (departure point for sailing trip),
- 3-day/2-night sailing trip aboard the Windjammer Angelique,
- meals aboard the ship,
- two (2) nights' accommodations (single cabin, double occupancy),
- a $200 gift card redeemable for Sperry merchandise, and
- a Sperry t-shirt.

Total approximate retail value: $2,595.00. Sailing trip is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. Travel must be completed by 10/06/13. If prize isn't used by 10/06/13, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof. Unless specifically noted above, any additional transportation required, food and beverage other than those offered as part of sailing trip, tips, gratuities, incidentals, and service charges, are solely the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest. Tax or service fees are not included. Actual value may depend upon date of sailing trip and airfare fluctuations. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights) beyond its control. Winner and his/her guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents required for travel within the United States. Prize is not redeemable for cash, may not be substituted, and is non-transferable. Winner and his/her guest are responsible for any/all required transportation other than noted above and other miscellaneous expenses. The odds of winning are based upon the total number of eligible entries received. Guest has no independent claim to the prize and must be at least 12 years of age or older.
