Sweepstakes begins on Sunday, July 1, 2012 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Sunday, November 11, 2012 at 11:59 PM ET.
Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD.
One (1) Grand Prize: A gift card for Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) from a grocery store as mutually agreed upon between Sponsors and Winner; the amount of $5,000.00 for the grand prize represents a reasonable assumption that an individual would purchase approximately $5000.00 in groceries in a year.
