Prize: (1 winner) 2-day/1-night trip for two to a to-be-determined location within the contiguous United States (as determined by Prize Provider) for the filming of the movie "Safe Haven". The trip includes round trip coach airfare for the winner and one guest from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Prize Provider) to the major airport nearest the City; 1-night standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy); a walk-on role in the Movie for the winner only; and roundtrip ground transportation from airport to hotel and hotel to filming location (ARV: $3,000)
Travel will take place on dates determined by Sponsor but not later than August 13, 2012 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If a winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. A minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay, and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. If winner is the age of majority in his/her state of residence but is under twenty-one (21) years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a guest who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure date, time of travel, and other factors. Meals and beverages, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, room service, entertainment and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prize Provider, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within one-hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Actual value of prize may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Guest of winner may accompany winner on-set but will not be included in Appearance in the Movie. Winner's chance for the Appearance and all details of that role to be determined by Prize Provider, in Prize Provider's sole discretion, and subject to availability and production schedule. Prize Provider does not guarantee the winner's Appearance will be included in the final cut of the Movie. Winner must travel during Movie production schedule and on dates selected by Prize Provider and must be available on site for up to twelve (12) hours. If the Movie is not in production during time of winner's trip, or in the event that any prize component is not available for any reason, then remaining elements of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sweepstakes Entities' prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. If, for any reason, the Appearance is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Appearance on the same itinerary. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prize, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner
