open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (or the District of Columbia) who are 13 years of age or older and My Coke Rewards ("MCR") members
Prizes:
a. Sweepstakes Prize:
1 GRAND PRIZE: You and 3 travel companions will be VIP guests at John Isner's charity event that will take place at some time during the period between November 16 – December 21, 2012, in North Carolina, specific dates and location not yet determined. Prize package consists of round trip, coach-class air transportation for 4 from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 2 nights' accommodations at Sponsor's choice of hotel (two rooms, double occupancy); a meet and greet with John Isner; 4 tickets and VIP seating for 4 at the tennis exhibition (seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $500 spending money. Travel must take place on the dates specified by Sponsor or the winner will forfeit the travel and John Isner/charity event portions of the prize and will receive only the $500. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000.
Instant Win Game Prizes:
35 FIRST PRIZES (1 per calendar day of the Promotion Period): A prize pack containing a Coca-Cola-branded gym bag, towel, t-shirt, soccer ball, yoga mat and a framed autograph card shadow-box with
Coca-Cola pin, (athlete, autograph, and all other prize details determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), and a $50 Visa gift card. Each week a different athlete will be featured in the prize pack. ARV: $250.
175 SECOND PRIZES (5 per calendar day of the Promotion Period): A $50 Visa gift card. ARV: $50.
500 THIRD PRIZES: A coupon valid for a 12-pack of Coca-Cola®. ARV: $4.99.
5,000 FOURTH PRIZES: A digital code valid for a specific music download. ARV: $1.29.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $31,445. Limit: 1 First Prize of each athlete per person, 1 of each other type of Instant Win prize per person, and 1 Sweepstakes prize per person.
