Sweepstakes begins on 7/8/12 at 12:00:00 AM (ET) and ends on 7/27/12 at 11:59:59 PM (ET).
Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

As part of the entry process, entrants will be required to select a Participating Market Area of their choice in relation to the First Prize in the event that they are randomly selected as a First Prize winner.
Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person, per Day.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 7/30/12 from among all eligible entries received for all Participating Market Areas by Sponsor or its designee, the judges in this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. Three hundred twenty (320) First Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 7/30/12 from among all eligible entries received for each Participating Market Area as follows:
One (1) Grand Prize – A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Hollywood, CA from 8/6/12 to 8/8/12 to attend the movie premiere of "The Odd Life of Timothy Green". Trip consists of:
- round-trip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence to Los Angeles, CA,
- (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy),
- two (2) tickets to the movie premiere scheduled to be held on 8/7/12,
- ground transportation to/from airport, and
- Sponsor-selected prize activities while in Los Angeles, CA.
ARV of Grand Prize $10,500. Trip Prize Details: Winner and his/her guest must depart/return from the same major airport, and travel on same itinerary. No transfer of substitution of trip elements will be permitted. Trip does not include taxes, tips, gratuities, meals, service charges, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, airport charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above. Trip is not redeemable for cash. TRIP MUST BE TAKEN BETWEEN 8/6/12 – 8/8/12 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. In the event that Movie Premiere or any activities included in the prize package is cancelled, delayed or postponed for any reason outside the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor will have no further obligation, other than to award the remainder of the prize. Actual retail value of prize may vary depending on winner's residence and may fluctuate due to market conditions, changes in value of components, (e.g. air transportation and hotel rates) and other reasons. If, in Sponsor's sole discretion, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to Los Angeles, CA, Sponsor will substitute air transportation with ground transportation between winner's residence and hotel, and the difference in value will not be awarded.
Three Hundred Twenty (320) First Prizes (see rule # 4 for prize distribution for Participating Market Areas) – Two (2) tickets to attend a Movie Screening of "The Odd Life of Timothy Green" in the selected Participating Market Area (ARV $15.15 ea. pair). Transportation to/from Movie Screening is not included as part of First Prize and is the sole responsibility of the winner.
