1. ELIGIBILITY: Fandango's The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 "Global Getaway Sweepstakes: Destination Egypt" ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of forty-nine (49) states of the United States and the District of Columbia (void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of September 13, 2012 with access to the Internet at all times during the Sweepstakes Period (as defined below) and subsequent Prize Award Period (as defined below). All employees of Fandango, LLC ("Sponsor"), Summit Entertainment, LLC ("Summit") and each of their respective parent corporations, subsidiaries, officers, directors, members, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, prize providers, vendors, contractors or agents (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether legally related or not), are ineligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these "Official Rules." Summit is not responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries, the administration of the Sweepstakes, the selection of winners or the fulfillment of prizes.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on October 15, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 18, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.
3. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: You may enter this Sweepstakes through an Online Entry (defined below). Entrants may only receive a maximum of one (1) Online Entry in this Sweepstakes (excluding Additional Entries [defined below]). Any attempts by an entrant to submit more than one (1) Online Entry into this Sweepstakes will result in that entrant being disqualified. During the Sweepstakes Period, you may submit an entry online ("Online Entry") at http://www.fandango.com/sweepstak...estination by entering your name, email address and date of birth and clicking "Submit." You may also elect to sign up for one or both of the following optional free services, each of which will entitle you to one additional entry per enrollment (each an "Additional Entry"): 1) Sign up to receive Fandango movie news; and/or 2) Sign up to receive text messages from Fandango on your mobile device (standard text messaging rates apply). Online Entries and Additional Entries to the Sweepstakes will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the account or email address through which the entry was submitted.
