open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in their state or territory of residence

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Grand Prize (1 PRIZE): One private shopping spreee at UNIQLO, up to $5,000 in merchandise (ARV: $5,000). Runner Up Prize (1 PRIZE): One year supply of socks (ARV: $910) Runner Up Prize (1 PRIZE): One month supply of printed t-shirts (ARV: $600) Runner Up Prize (1 PRIZE): One set of 20 colored polo shirts (ARV: $600) Runner Up Prize (1 PRIZE): One week supply of jeans (ARV: $300) (each a “Prize”) in addition, there will be 95 Supplemental Prizes comprised of UNIQLO items with an ARV ranging from $5 to $50.
