Sweepstakes begins at 6:00:01 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on July 1, 2012 and ends at 6:00:00 p.m. PT on September 16, 2012.
Open to legal U.S. residents who are age 18 and older (if the age of majority in a jurisdiction is different than 18, you must be of the age of majority within your jurisdiction to be eligible to enter) and who are Verizon Wireless subscribers as of June 30, 2012.
There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes.
Entry Method #1: Send a text message with the word "lightningspeed" from your handset to the number 8917".
Entry Method #2: Visit www.verizoninsi
Regardless of which entry method you choose, you are limited to no more than a total of one (1) entry during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Entries received in excess of one will be disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify from the Sweepstakes any and all entries tied back to you if you entered using multiple email addresses or under multiple identities.
One (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive one (1) vacation package for up to four to the Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, CA consisting of:
• If winner resides more than 250 miles from the Resort, roundtrip coach air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guests from a major airport near winner's residence to a Southern California airport as determined by Sponsor, and ground transportation between the Southern California airport and the Resort. If winner resides within 250 miles of the Resort, roundtrip ground transportation will be provided by Sponsor between the winner's residence and the Resort in lieu of roundtrip coach air transportation. ARV: $2,128.00. (with air and ground transportation); $580.00 (without air transportation, depending on winner's point of departure).
• A consecutive two (2) night stay at a Resort or Resort area hotel as chosen by Sponsor for winner and Guests (single room, quad occupancy). ARV: $580.00.
• Up to four (4) 3-day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets. The Grand Prize Tickets include entry to the Verizon Wireless Cars Land Private Party if the Grand Prize is redeemed on October 4, 2012. ARV: $896.00.
• One (1) 4G Smartphone by Motorola. ARV:$649.99
• $125 in Verizon Wireless gift cards ARV: $125*
Travel for Grand Prize must be completed between 10/4/12 and 9/16/13. If travel occurs after 10/4/12, the winner forfeits the Verizon Private Party portion of the prize. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $4,378.99, depending on winner's point of departure.
* Verizon Wireless Gift card may be applied to the cost of any merchandise sold at any participating Verizon Wireless Communications Store or kiosk location in the U.S.A. or Internet at www.verizonwire
Five (5) Second Place Prizes: Winners will each receive:
• Two (2) 1-Day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper tickets. Second Place Tickets expire 9/30/13. ARV: $210.00.
All other expenses and incidentals not mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, transportation for Second Place Prizes, parking, meals, travel insurance, room service, laundry service, spa treatments, alcoholic beverages, local and long distance telephone calls, merchandise and souvenirs, incidental expenses, additional tips and gratuities and all sales and other taxes, are the sole responsibility of winner. Actual value of any Grand Prize depends on location of winner, fares and prices at time of booking. If actual value of trip is lower than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Grand Prize hotel stay is subject to availability and must be booked through Sponsor at least forty-five (45) days in advance unless Grand Prize winner elects to redeem the Grand Prize to attend the Party. Travel arrangements must be made through Sweepstakes Administrator. Once Grand Prize is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted. No extensions or exceptions shall apply or be available on any prize or prize element. If, for any reason whatsoever, the Grand Prize winner cannot travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid for, then the Sweepstakes Parties shall have no further obligation to the winner and his/her guests. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates. Blockout dates and restrictions apply. Airline and other travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Any portion of any prize not accepted by a winner will be forfeited. Grand Prize Tickets must be used during winner's redemption of such prize. Grand Prize Tickets and Second Place Tickets are valid for admission to both Disneyland® Park and Disney California Adventure® Park each day of use. Grand Prize Tickets and Second Place Tickets are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions as contained on the tickets. Theme park attractions and entertainment are seasonal and subject to change without notice. Sponsor and Prize Supplier will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Winner and guests are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (for example, valid photo ID, passport, etc.) prior to travel. Winner's guests will be required to execute and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. If Grand Prize winner chooses to bring less than three (3) guests on the Grand Prize trip, the trip will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of travelers with no substitute prize or compensation being provided to the winner. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. No prize substitution permitted, however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another of comparable value, at its sole discretion. Unless specified herein, prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. A winner is not a recipient of a prize until he/she has been verified or notified as a winner by the Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
