21+, contiguous US, one entry per person/email address. Ends July 29, 2012 @ 11:59pm CT
Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to to attend Shania: Still The One at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, NV; 2-nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) at The Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace; two tickets to the Concert (seats determined by Prize Provider); and dinner for two people at Nobu (ARV $2,500)
Travel must take place between March 18, 2012 and April 11, 2013 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If the Grand Prize winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another Grand Prize winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Grand Prize winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure location, travel dates, time of travel, and other factors. Meals and beverages, service charges, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if a winner resides within one-hundred and twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination. If, for any reason, the Concert is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Concert on the same itinerary. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner
Individuals who have won a prize from Premiere Radio Networks or Crook & Chase within one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.
